1 week’s notice is required to receive a full refund on the booking; if less than 1 week notice is given, you are not eligible to receive a refund, the full amount of the reservation will be charged.

Your payment card will be pre-authorised once the cancellation period has expired. No actual payment will be taken until your arrival.

No single sex parties of more than 2 persons.

Please consider travel insurance to cover late cancellations.

In making a booking with Elim House you are deemed to have accepted the following disclaimer.

Special Disclaimer

I hereby agree and release Elim House harmless from, and waive on my behalf and on behalf of my heirs, and any personal representatives, any and all causes of action, claims, demands, damages, costs, expenses and compensation for damage or loss to myself and/or my property that may be caused by any act, or Elim House’s failure to act, or that may otherwise arise in any way in connection with any services received from Elim House.

I understand that this release discharges Elim House from any liability or claim that I, my heirs, or any personal representatives may have against Elim House with respect to any bodily injury, illness, death, medical treatment, or property damage that may arise from, or in connection to, any services received from Elim House. This liability waiver and release extends to Elim House together with all owners, partners, and employees.
